Yes, to comply with Local Government and European laws, VAT is charged on top of all Subscription package prices. Here is how it works:

The 23% VAT rate applies to the online subscription based software product to customers in Ireland. If a customer is in the EU and provides their VAT registration number, then Zero rate of VAT applies. 23% VAT rate applies to all other EU customers. Zero VAT rate applies to all other International customers, i.e. UK, North and South America, Australia, New Zealand...

If you are VAT Registered within Ireland or the EU as a Sole Trader entity, Business or Limited Company, enter your Business details and VAT Registration Number in the Sign Up Page, the Invoice will then account for Net, VAT and Total values to Reclaim your VAT back if you are in Ireland, for the EU, VAT will be paid effectively when you input your VAT Registration number, then Zero VAT rate will apply on the generated Invoice on payment checkout. This will apply to each billing cycle payment.

If you are not VAT registered within Ireland or within the European Union Member states, you will be charged VAT.

The Ecosystem allows you to create and interact with the Package Plan you choose, with a free trail for One Month, before the subscription charge applies. Make sure you are acquainted with all the software entity modules and their attributes and FEATURES of our Data Harvesting Ecosystem^TM before the free trail ends.

The difference between these payments is the billing cycle and the price. Each package plan gives you access to the Ecosystem service anytime as long as the subscription is valid.

The Monthly subscription gives all the advantages of the Ecosystem and is easier to fit into your monthly cashflow projections.

The Yearly subscription is a standard agreement on a year-to-year basis that is the perfect solution for the majority of individuals and businesses that are using the Ecosystem on a regular basis.  The annual option will save you the most money and time in the long run. Thus saving you eleven credit card transaction fees per year.

When registering, and after the One month free trail ends, your account subscribes to allow automatic\recurring charges on a monthly or yearly billing cycle basis depending on the package you choose. The recurring charge for the services will coincide with the initial package plan fee.

If you deactivate your account in the Settings page after the free trail, any remaining subscription balance will be retained. Once the subscription has ended.

If you delete your account in the Settings page, any remaining subscription balance will be retained, once the subscription has ended, you will not be charged again.

If you are a first time owner subsriber (paying customer), then you are welcome to use the coupon code to avail of a 10% discount on your first Yearly Subscription. The coupon does not apply to Monthly Subscription

The Software Ecosystem works as long as you keep your subscription valid. The Software Ecosystem will cease working as soon as your subscription expires or when you cancel your account. If you let your account Expire after the subscription cycle ends, your account will remain dormant until you renew your subscription payment cycle. If you remove your subscription, you will not have access to any entities that you have created.
